Covid Safety Procedure

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be part of all our lives, we would like to provide important information about our continued service to homeowners and provide information to protect the welfare of our employees, customers, and the public.
At this time, we have no change or reduction in providing our services. We are committed to providing all of your plumbing, heating, electrical, and drain service needs including our commitment to respond to emergency service needs.
To help ensure everyones health, we will take the following measures before and during service:
Contact-Free Service Call
  • We institute “Contact-Free” service call whenever possible. This simply means we will not have face to face contact if requested and as the safest method. We will still schedule the service call as normal by a certified professional and we will interact via phone and/or digitally.
  • We will inquire about location of service needs or if there is an alternative method to access your residence (examples: basement door, bulkhead, back door, garage entrance, etc.).
  • We will establish the best method of communication for you, whether that is direct. contact, email, text, or phone call. We will communicate with you during service with preferred method.
  • Once the service is completed, we will email the invoice. This invoice will include a link for the option to pay online. If payment is via check, we will work with you to determine collection.
  • Though not mandatory, our current professionals have all taken the proactive steps to ensure safety of exposure and are all vaccinated and up to date on boosters.
If a Contact-Free Service Call is not possible, we implement the following process:
Limited Contact Service Call
  • Our professionals will refrain from physical contact
  • Our professionals will be wearing a mask to each visit
  • Our professionals shall commit to maintaining a distance of 6 feet, as CDC recommends, as much as possible
  • Our professionals continuously wipe the surface of all electronic devices with a disinfecting wipes.
  • Our professionals will wipe off any other surface or systems worked on.
  • Our professionals clean their hands before and after every visit.
If you have any special requests, please don’t hesitate to communicate with our office or customer service team ahead of your scheduled service.
We are all in this together please take these simple preventative measures to keep us all healthy:
  • Wash your hands with soap and hot water for at least 30 seconds.
  • Use a hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth if hands are unwashed.
  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow joint, as CDC recommends, to prevent airborne contamination.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces using household cleaning products or wipes.
  • If you, or any close contacts, friends, or family exhibit any symptoms of the virus, please self-quarantine and call your doctor immediately.
